For students that wants to sit for jamb 2020 exam, you need this.

These are the steps that you need to know if you want to register and sit for JAMB in 2020.

Note that the procedures below are quite different from that of 2019.

Get your jamb profile code via SMS : To do this, send your Surname, First Name and Middle Name to 55019. For Example, if your surname is Korede, your first name is Olaotan and your middle name is Adebayo,  you will simply send; Korede Olaotan Adebayo to 55019. A sum of fifty naira (₦50) will be deducted from your phone.

You will need to also have your NIN (National Identification Number). Go to any NIMC office nearest to you. Give them the required documents and register to get your NIN.

Go to the bank for your jamb registration pin: Make sure you take at least ₦5000 along with you and your jamb profile code while going to the bank to buy the pin.
Proceed to any accredited jamb cbt center near you. Take your profile code, jamb registration pin, O level results, and money to the cbt center.
They will register you for jamb and also make sure that you pay full attention to the details they are inputting into the online jamb form.
After registration, collect your jamb novel and disk (containing the syllabus, jamb brochure and other things you need to know, such as how to use the computer, etcetera.)
Note that if you don't have NIN, you can't register for jamb 2020.

Even if you are less than 18 years, you can still register for NIN. They will ask for some documents like birth certificate, o level results, etcetera. And you will also fill a form.

Congratulations, you have fully registered for jamb.

Start preparing for the exam, I wish you success.
